Participating organizations will gain incredible access to over 5,000 attendees as an exhibitor at this festival. Demonstrate how awesome your idea is or bring a science or arts project and share it with the world! Make sure all activities are hands-on.

All booth space is OUTSIDE and you will be provided with a 10x10' tent for your booth. You are responsible to provide your own table, chairs, display, garbage can/bag, and signage/decorations. You are responsible for your own protection from weather or wind. While some electricity is available, please request in advance and bring a 25' extension cord. Tables, extension cords, and chairs are NOT available to rent or borrow on site. You must be set-up and have all vehicles/trailers out of the area 1 hour before the fair opens. You must remain during the fair hours (unless you are a stage presenter/speaker). A Drop-off area will be available starting at 9am the morning of the event for booth supplies on Hamilton St.
Deadline: Your completed application must be received by 5:00pm on Tuesday, April 23rd, 2019. Space is limited and we expect to fill up quickly, so get your application in early! Although booth space is free, we would appreciate any donations you can muster to help defray the costs of putting on this event. Thanks!
